The company serves residential, commercial and property-management accounts. After hours, calls that went to voicemail meant missed leads, and dispatching across three service lines needed a person on the phone.
With three service lines, every after-hours call had to be sorted before a job could be booked, and that sorting needed a person on the phone.

We built a voice agent that handles dispatch end to end:
Answers after-hours calls within one ring
Triages every call across three service lines by intent
Looks up returning callers to block duplicate bookings
Sends SMS and email confirmations for every confirmed dispatch
We refined the voice flow more than 20 times using real call transcripts.

It works out what the caller needs and which of the three service lines the job belongs to.
It checks whether the caller is a returning customer, so the same job is not booked twice.
It books the dispatch without a human dispatcher.
